The tiny Becoming
Small steps. Real follow-through.

You know what you want to change.

You don’t need to tackle everything at once. Bring one thing you’ve been wanting to work on, and we’ll help you figure out where to start, what matters, and how to move forward.

One thing at a time. Real progress from there.

Knowing isn’t the same as becoming.

You can know exactly what you want to do and still struggle with where to start or how to follow through.

The tiny Becoming helps you focus on one thing, break it into manageable steps, and have someone alongside you while you make progress.

You bring the goal. We help you stay with it.

“I noticed a gap between doing and becoming, and I built a structure to close it.”

Intake and approval.

You complete a short intake about the one thing you want to work on, what's been getting in the way, and what kind of accountability helps you.

We review it personally to decide whether The Tiny Push is a good fit. If it is, you'll receive a private booking link and payment instructions.

The completion refund

A little something waiting at the finish line.

A small, real reason to keep a promise to yourself.

It’s all or nothing. Anything less than 100% means no completion refund.
It’s a completion refund, not a discount. It’s earned by finishing, not by taking part.
Commitments and how each counts as complete are agreed before your week begins.
You have all seven days, and we review completion together on Day 8.

How we help you follow through

You bring the goal. We build the structure around it.

We start with one thing you want to accomplish. Together, we turn it into a realistic plan with up to five measurable commitments.

Then we stay alongside you for seven days, with personal check-ins, encouragement, and accountability. You take the action. We provide the structure and the support that help you follow through.

The Productivity Hour

One focused hour, one specific thing.

Sometimes you don't need another reminder. You need someone to work through it with you.

100% virtual. Always collaborative. Never a replacement for you.

Bring a decision, a plan, a problem, or a pile of scattered thoughts. In that hour, we can:

  • Talk through a decision or a problem
  • Research and compare options with you
  • Organize your ideas, documents, and priorities
  • Build a schedule, checklist, or action plan with you
  • Work alongside you virtually on something you've been postponing
How we work together

We work with you, not instead of you.

We’re here to help you think things through, create practical plans, and stay accountable as you move forward. Everything is virtual and collaborative, with you in control of your decisions and actions.

Who's behind this?

Hi, I’m Aya.

I started The tiny Becoming because I kept noticing something: people still ask other people to remind them of things, even with perfectly good phones, alarms, and calendars.

I don’t think it’s really the reminder we’re after. It’s someone who will check in, ask how it went, and help us work through what’s getting in the way.

That kind of support is something I know well. I’m a PMP-certified project management professional with Scrum experience, and my work has centered on building workflows, organizing complex projects, and improving processes. I’ve done that across healthcare and hospital settings, software startups, data and advertising technology, federal IT projects, and technical teams, helping teams turn competing priorities into a plan they can follow.

The tiny Becoming brings that same structure to everyday life. We take what feels complicated or overwhelming, break it into manageable steps, and I stay with you while you follow through.

Questions

Good to know.

Still wondering about something? Email .

What should I bring?

One thing. One goal, project, decision, unfinished responsibility, or habit you want to make progress on. We don’t try to sort through every area of your life at once. We focus on that one thing, understand what’s getting in the way, and build steps you can work through. When it’s moving, you’re welcome to bring the next one.

What counts as completing a commitment?

A commitment is complete when you've done exactly what we agreed on in your setup session, measured the way we agreed. Each one gets clear, measurable completion criteria before your seven days begin, so there's no guesswork.

How is completion verified?

We decide that together during setup, one commitment at a time. It might be a screenshot, a photo, a submitted confirmation, or a quick walkthrough on our final call. You'll know exactly what counts before you start, and we check everything together at your Day 8 review.

What if I have fewer than five commitments?

That's completely fine. Five is the most, not the goal. One, two, or three well-chosen commitments can make a great week. The refund works the same way: complete every commitment you agreed to, however many that is.

What if I don't complete everything?

The refund is all or nothing, so completing anything less than 100% means no completion refund. You still keep your plan, your progress, and everything we worked through. At the final review we look at what got in the way so your next step is clearer.

What happens at the Day 8 review?

We meet virtually after your full seven days. We go through each commitment against the criteria we agreed on, talk through your progress, and confirm whether you qualify for the $35 completion refund. Any refund you've earned is issued after this review.

What happens during the morning check-ins?

Fifteen focused minutes by phone or video. If we meet by video, please have your camera on. We look at what you've done, what's next, and what might get in the way today, so you head into your day with a clear next step.

Are the evening messages automated?

No. Each evening text is written by a person for you, based on your plan and how your week is going. You can reply.

Can I choose my check-in times?

Yes. During setup we agree on which days you get a morning check-in and which get an evening text, the times that work for you, and whether you'd like phone or video. The pattern shown on this page is only an example.

How far ahead do I need to book?

The Tiny Push requires at least 14 days' advance scheduling, so we have time to prepare your personalized experience. Your private scheduling link only offers dates that meet that notice.

The Productivity Hour is booked separately, through its own scheduling process.

What happens after I submit the intake?

You'll get an automatic email confirming we received it. We then personally review your application. If The Tiny Push is a good fit, you'll receive a private Cal.com scheduling link and payment instructions.

Your booking is confirmed once you've scheduled and paid. We prepare your personalized experience and meet for your setup session before your seven days begin.

Is everything virtual?

Yes. Every service from The tiny Becoming is virtual. Check-ins happen by phone, video, and text, and you always use your own devices and accounts. We don't meet in person, and we never access your accounts. See how we work together.

How is the Productivity Hour different from The Tiny Push?

The Tiny Push is a week of accountability: we turn your one focus into up to five commitments and check in with you all week. The Productivity Hour is a single 60-minute virtual session where we work through one specific thing together, like a decision, research, or a plan.

It's booked separately, and you don't need to do The Tiny Push first.

Can I do The Tiny Push again?

Yes. Many goals have a next chapter. Start a new intake whenever you're ready and we'll plan a fresh week from where you are.

What if an emergency gets in the way?

Let us know as soon as you can. How unexpected situations are handled is set out in the booking policy you review before paying.

How do payment and refunds work?

Nothing is charged when you submit the intake. If you're approved, you pay the $135 when you schedule, which confirms your booking. If you complete 100% of your agreed commitments within the full seven days, $35 is refunded after your Day 8 review. It’s a completion refund, not a discount, so it isn’t earned just by taking part. If any commitment is incomplete, there’s no completion refund. Rescheduling terms are in the booking policy you review before paying.

The next step doesn’t have to be yours alone.

You don’t need to change everything. Bring one thing, and we’ll help you take the next step.
